transFORMA stimulates the initiation, development and implementation of projects and programs related to local development and promotion of democracy. We work together with Romanian and Dutch organizations, both governmental and non-governmental, as well as with other organizations in Central and Eastern Europe.
Transforma is established in the Netherlands and has operating offices in Bucharest (Romania) and Utrecht (The Netherlands). Our organization works in partnership with several Dutch institutions of higher education and has its own pool of associated experts, trainers and consultants.
